Child Safety Standards

Whispr has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Protecting children is a core safety requirement for our service.

Last updated: September 25, 2026

Prohibited conduct

Whispr prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, sexual solicitation of minors, sexualization of children, and attempts to use the service to exploit or endanger a child. Do not create, request, possess, or distribute this content through Whispr.

Minimum age

Whispr is not for children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age that applies where they live. We may remove accounts that appear to violate these age requirements.

Reporting a concern

Report child-safety concerns through available in-app reporting tools or email Prograktech@gmail.com. Include the username, relevant conversation details, and any other context that helps us locate the concern. Do not attach or forward suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Review and action

We review safety reports and may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and report suspected abuse to the appropriate authorities or child-protection organizations when required by law. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
