These terms describe the rules for using Whispr. By accessing or using Whispr, you agree to follow them.

Who may use Whispr
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms, do not use the service. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
Your account and content
You are responsible for activity through your account and for content you submit. You retain rights you hold in your content, and give Whispr permission to host, store, display, and transmit it as needed to provide and protect the service. Do not share content you do not have permission to use.
Acceptable use
You may not use Whispr to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, or harm anyone; distribute illegal or abusive content; violate another person’s rights; attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization; or interfere with the service. Child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited. See our Community Guidelines and Child Safety page.
Moderation and account action
We may investigate reported or apparent violations and may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with law. We may preserve or disclose information when legally required or necessary to address serious safety concerns.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep Whispr available, but features may change and interruptions may occur. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Whispr is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Whispr disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. These terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
