Respect people

Be considerate. Do not bully, harass, threaten, stalk, blackmail, or target people with hateful or degrading content. Respect boundaries and stop contacting someone when asked.

Protect children

Any sexualization, grooming, solicitation, exploitation, or sexual content involving a minor is prohibited. Do not request, create, share, or promote child sexual abuse material. Reports involving child safety are treated seriously and may be escalated to appropriate authorities when required.

Keep content safe and lawful

• Do not share threats, encouragement of violence, or instructions to harm others.
• Do not use Whispr for scams, spam, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
• Do not share another person’s private information or content without permission.
• Do not evade safety measures or misuse the service.

Reporting and enforcement

Report harmful behavior through available in-app reporting tools or email Prograktech@gmail.com. Include enough information for us to identify and review the concern; do not email illegal images or videos. We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts based on the circumstances.
